No. We are a direct-pay/cash-pay clinic and do not accept or bill insurance. This allows us to provide transparent pricing, personalized care, and eliminate restrictions or delays from insurance companies.

Notice to Medicare Beneficiaries: Redesigned Health and Wellness is a cash-pay clinic and is not enrolled with Medicare. Because we are not a participating or opt-out Medicare provider, we are legally prohibited from seeing Medicare patients for any Medicare-covered services.️ We cannot accept payment from Medicare beneficiaries for services that fall under Medicare coverage. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, we regret that we are unable to provide treatment at this time. We recommend seeking care from a provider enrolled with Medicare. We understand life doesn’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule. That’s why Redesigned Health and Wellness offers extended and weekend hours by appointment.

There is a $50 non-refundable fee charged to the card on file if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
Yes! We offer monthly membership options for TRT. These include customized care plans and follow-up support. Prices vary based on your treatment needs.

Your care is led by Sara Chiglo, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of nursing experience, including internal medicine, geriatrics, family practice, and aesthetics. All patient care services are provided under the medical direction and supervision of Dr. Joe Carl Hubbard, MD (Texas Medical License #G8185), in compliance with the Texas Medical Practice Act, Texas Board of Nursing rules and regulations, and Texas Medical Board delegation guidelines.
Yes. While Redesigned Health and Wellness is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance directly, you can choose to use your insurance for lab work or diagnostic testing performed at an outside facility that accepts your insurance plan.
*Please note: pricing for monthly TRT membership includes the price of labs and cannot be adjusted should you choose to have required labs completed elsewhere.
