We offer routine wellness exams, management of acute and chronic conditions, sick visits, preventive screenings, and coordination of labs, imaging, and specialty referrals when needed. Care is delivered in a relaxed, unhurried environment where your concerns are heard and your health goals guide the plan.
Visits are affordable and transparent through our cash-pay model, while insurance may be used for labs, prescriptions, and outside services. Whether you need same-day sick care or ongoing health management, we are here to support every step of your wellness journey.

Primary Care and Wellness Visit
Comprehensive health review (medical history, lifestyle, and family history)
Physical exam
Routine lab work to assess cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, hormones, and more
Medication review
Preventive care planning (screenings, referrals if necessary)
Discussion of your health goals, including sleep, stress, nutrition, and energy
Personalized recommendations for supplements, lifestyle changes, or follow-up care

Focused physical exam
Diagnosis and treatment plan
In-office CLIA-waived rapid testing as needed (e.g., strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis)
Prescription medications, when appropriate
Follow-up instructions and symptom management guidance
In-Office Treatment May Include
Antibiotic injections (for infections)
Anti-inflammatory medications (for acute pain or illness)
Steroid injections (for inflammation, joint pain, or respiratory illness)

Initial Visit (NEW PATIENT): $125
Follow-Up Visit (ESTABLISHED PATIENT): $75.00
Additional Fees for in-office diagnostic test(s) and medication administration

All patient care services are provided under the medical direction and supervision of Dr. Micah Craig, MD, in compliance with the Texas Medical Practice Act, Texas Board of Nursing rules and regulations, and Texas Medical Board delegation guidelines.
