Physical exam

In-office CLIA-waived rapid testing as needed (e.g., strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis)

Follow-Up Visit (ESTABLISHED PATIENT): $50.00
Routine Wellness Labs - Start at $75.00
Additional Fees for in-office diagnostic test(s) and medication administration
