Welcome! I am Sara Chiglo, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and owner of Redesigned Health and Wellness. I bring over 25 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in family practice, internal medicine, and geriatrics.

This passion has led me to explore and incorporate more functional and holistic approaches to wellness, focusing not just on disease management but on root causes, prevention, and long-term healing.
