BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

•  A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 
• To respect the time of our providers and other patients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.  
• A minimum $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. This fee is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward any future appointments or services.
